What data the idea form asks for, what I use it for and how you can ask me to delete it.

What I ask for
Your name, email, WhatsApp, Instagram (if you give it), the description of your idea, reference images, placement, size, budget, availability and anything you tell me about your skin or allergies.

What I use it for
Only to review your idea, give you an estimated price, reply to you and, if we go ahead, prepare the design and the session. I don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Who sees it
Only me. The images you upload are kept in private storage and shown through temporary links. I use external providers to store the data and send emails.

How long I keep it
While your request is active and up to 12 months after. Rejected or archived ideas can be deleted sooner if you ask.

Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging me on WhatsApp or replying to any email I sent you (Chilean Law 19.628 on privacy).
